Dr. Janice Tan is the founder and principle of Alivect.
She has extensive experience in corporate financial services in leading sales & marketing and customer service teams. She also has wide experiences in the education and social work. She brings invaluable insights from her vast and diversified experiences to her programs/sessions.
She holds a MA in Pastoral Counselling as well as a MA in Ministry (MAL), and a doctorate in Strategic Leadership (concentration on Leadership Coaching), USA. She has various certification in psychotherapies and leadership space such as:
-Leadership Practices Inventory Certified (The Leadership Challenge, USA), AG Coaching (USA), Reality Therapist Certified (Willian Glasser Institute, USA), Inter-personal Therapist Certified (USA), Critical Incidence Stress Management (Individual, group, and trauma) (USA), DISC (USA) & MBTI (MAL)
